Remuneration
We are typically paid a commission by insurers, which is included in your premium. In some cases, we may charge additional fees, which will be disclosed to you.
Conflicts of interest
We take reasonable steps to identify and manage any conflicts of interest and always act in your best interests.
Complaints
If you have a concern, we have a formal complaints process and will work to resolve issues promptly.
